Is this different from a business IT consultant?

I can give you an opinion and, when needed, work on the tools myself. First we decide what to do and put it in writing.

How much does a part-time CTO cost?

The retainer starts at €2,000 per month. Before we start, I'll write down what I look after and when I'm available.

Do you only work in Trento and Bolzano?

I work remotely throughout Italy. I am based in Trentino-Alto Adige and can meet businesses in person in Trento, Bolzano and across the region.

Do I need to replace my ERP or e-commerce platform?

Not necessarily. First I check what is not working, what can be connected and what is worth keeping. For example, I am helping EcoToGo evaluate Odoo, not carrying out a decided replacement.

EcoToGo: e-commerce, business software and logistics

I've looked after EcoToGo's technical work since 2026. Its online shop sells food-service and event packaging to businesses and individuals. I work on the tools they use every day.

I reworked the product page and restructured the cart.
I connected product data between TeamSystem Commerce and Danea and built automations for logistics.
I am helping evaluate a move to Odoo, including systems and integrations.
