AI consulting for businesses

AI consulting for businesses

Understand where artificial intelligence can remove repetitive work, and where simpler software is enough.

This may be you if…

  • People try different AI tools, but everyone uses them differently.
  • Repetitive tasks stay manual because it is not clear what can be automated.
  • You tried AI once, but then went back to doing things the old way.
  • You'd like to learn AI using the work you do every day.

AI consulting without forcing AI into the process

Show me how a task gets done, from start to finish. If AI could help, we'll try it with a person checking the result. If regular software is enough, I'll say so.

  • A map of tasks where AI automation may help.
  • Practical AI training using examples from your work.
  • A simple way to try the tool and check what it produces.
  • A written recommendation on what to try next and what to leave alone.

How AI consulting starts

  1. 01

    Choose a real task

Tell me about a task that takes time or creates errors. We look at the tools, data and people involved.

  2. 02

    Check whether AI is useful

I assess whether the problem calls for AI, a simpler automation or a change to one step in the process.

  3. 03

    Try a scoped workflow

We pick one task, try the tool and I'll show the people using it how to check the result.

BaseCamp Studio: find and organise content more easily

At BaseCamp Studio, I work on the DAM, the software where photos, videos and other content are kept. I'm still looking for the first small businesses for AI training.

  • People there can find photos and videos by describing them, not just by searching for a filename.
  • Automatic tags add descriptions to assets; the PIM uses existing product data to fill in metadata.
  • An AI-based image editing service is also integrated into the DAM.

After our call, I'll write down what I'd do and what it costs. I'm looking for the first small businesses for AI training.

I work in Trentino-Alto Adige (Trento, Bolzano) and remotely throughout Italy.
