How much does custom software cost?

Custom software development is quoted in writing. The price depends on what the first version must do, the data it manages and the integrations needed. Fractional CTO is a separate service, with a retainer from €2,000 per month.

MVP means minimum viable product: the first version someone can use. We start with the features that matter and leave the rest for later.

Can you turn a spreadsheet into business software?

Yes, if a spreadsheet has become a fragile step or depends on one person. I have turned financial and pension advisors' spreadsheets into custom calculators; first we assess whether software is needed or the process just needs organising.

Do you build custom business management software?

Yes, when existing tools do not cover a process and dedicated software makes sense. First we assess users, data, integrations and essential features.

Do you work with businesses throughout Italy?

Yes, I work remotely throughout Italy. I am based in Trentino-Alto Adige and can meet businesses in person in Trento, Bolzano and across the region.

How I build an MVP or custom business software

Define the problem
Describe who does the work today, what gets in the way and which tools are involved. If a simple change is enough, I will not suggest new software.

Choose the first version
We put in writing what the first version must do and what stays out, so the project does not grow without a decision.

Build and review
I build, test the workflow and gather feedback from the people using it. After delivery, we agree on any further iterations.

Three examples of software built around a need

miniPIM, TuttoCalcolato.it and my work for BaseCamp Studio show three different cases: organising product data, building online tools and adding features inside an existing product.

miniPIM is a lightweight PIM, a single place to organise product sheets, for SMBs with up to around 3,000 products. It works, and I am looking for the first businesses to try it.
TuttoCalcolato.it is my own project with online calculators; current figures are kept in my profile.
For BaseCamp Studio, I develop features in its DAM, including semantic search, automatic tags and product data filled from master data.
